Jobgether is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO/CCO to lead the launch and international growth of a crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will own commercial strategy, revenue models, and partnerships while building a lean, high-performing team and delivering measurable business results.

The ideal leader combines crypto/fintech expertise with a hands-on, growth-driven mindset, ready to operate from early-stage to scale with strategic autonomy and global ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crypto or crypto-enabled fintech ventures at scale.
• Proven track record launching or significantly growing fintech businesses or commercial units.
• Strong background in commercial strategy, BD, growth management and customer acquisition.
• Hands-on growth marketing, channels, and revenue economics knowledge.
• Solid understanding of P&L, unit economics and profitability drivers.
• Extensive network within crypto, fintech, payments or digital banking.
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-growing environments.
• Excellent commercial judgment with decisive, outcome-focused actions.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership; ability to operate without heavy corporate support.
• Previous CEO is welcome; senior CCOs ready for broader exec scope encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy and go-to-market approach.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop profitable opportunities across B2B/B2C and international markets.
• Design and optimize the business model, revenue streams, and unit economics.
• Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives, including partnerships and BD.
• Establish relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product/tech leadership to refine offering and accelerate launch.
• Recruit and lead a lean, high-performing commercial team with clear objectives.
• Own commercial performance, budgets, and financial results for sustainable growth.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes with hands-on leadership.
