Description du poste

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves.

If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. We’re driven by impact and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, are comfortable in fast‑growing, high‑energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you’ll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility, the space to experiment, the chance to scale your ideas, and a team that’s always pushing the edge of what’s possible.

  • Type: Individual Contributor
  • Languages: French (main) & English (required)
  • Location: Paris
  • Contract Type: CDI
How You’ll Shape Our Story

As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you will hold a key position, responsible for deepening existing partnerships with retailers and commercial real estate owners, embedding our kiosks seamlessly into their retail operations. Your role will be highly dynamic and will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team
  • Drive client adoption of our tools to integrate with their retail activities, such as loyalty programs, cross‑promotions, and temporary marketing campaigns on kiosks to generate in‑store traffic
  • Design and launch special campaigns on the kiosks aligned with retailers’ events
  • Maximize our Net Promoter Score (NPS) among clients
  • Collect client feedback to inform our product roadmap and sales messaging
  • Automate the above processes as much as possible
  • Identify underperforming locations and propose initiatives to increase usage, either jointly with the client or independently
  • Expand our partner network
  • Identify locations where additional kiosks can be deployed and secure extension contracts on existing sites
  • Turn existing clients into ambassadors to support outreach to new prospects
  • Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to support the achievement of commercial growth objectives
This Is About You, Not Us
  • Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a top Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success Management within a fast‑growing B2B scale‑up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely present progress updates and potential blockers, and to clearly articulate our value proposition to clients from a commercial standpoint
  • Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of priorities
  • Critical thinking and the ability to assess situations and data efficiently, creatively and accurately
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented, able to avoid unnecessary detail and quickly identify simple, effective solutions to problems
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy and independence required to make important decisions quickly
  • Rigorous and methodical, capable of analyzing the performance of initiatives and drawing clear, actionable conclusions
  • Highly comfortable with both written and spoken communication, with a strong affinity for client interaction
  • Excellent stress management skills, particularly in high‑pressure or tense client situations
  • Strong commercial acumen, combined with creativity and a taste for challenge, enabling the proposal of innovative and relevant solutions to clients
  • Ability to understand our business plan and key growth and profitability drivers as an investment‑backed company, and to grasp retailers’ business models in order to propose solutions tailored to their needs
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility, with the ambition to help capture a rapidly growing market through a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus; if not, we will support your ramp‑up
  • Fluency in English is required
The Kind of Energy We’re Looking For
  • We’re not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We’re into people who make things happen.
  • You lead and listen. Whether you’re steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
  • You own your stuff. You don’t wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
  • You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn’t just cool, it’s core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in‑person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge.
  • You grow on purpose. You’re hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
How You'll Be Powered Up
  • Private health insurance coverage
  • Gym membership to help you stay active
  • Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • Annual off‑site where we celebrate the year’s achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)
  • Regular team‑building events with your local teammates
  • English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
  • Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & meal allowance for every worked day
  • 50% reimbursement of Navigo
  • Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
Our Promise To You
