Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform task force in France to own internal domains, map existing tools, and drive automation. You will collaborate with a design partner and engineers, reporting to the VP Product, to deliver a measurable impact in efficiency, security, and data governance.

You will define scope, prioritize improvements, and ensure seamless migrations while aligning with Legal and Compliance requirements, in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
• Product-for-teams mindset, efficiency and adoption-focused.
• Hands-on AI fluency and practical use of AI in workflows.
• Strong technical appetite for permissions, security, reliability and data architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Location based in France or Spain; fluent in English; bonus for French.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of internal domains and map current tooling and costs.
• Build an automation layer with capabilities-first approach.
• Phase out legacy tools without disrupting teams.
• Own security, compliance, data retention and audit readiness.
• Treat permissions as a product constraint and enforce attribution.
• Define success by time saved, cost reduced, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care.
