Lime for Business is dedicated to helping employers reimagine employee transportation. By offering safe, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions, we help organizations reduce commute friction, improve employee experience, and advance their sustainability goals. Our programs support daily commuting, business travel, campus mobility, and employee transportation initiatives—helping companies solve real transportation problems while moving their people more efficiently.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager with experience in transportation, benefits, travel or sustainability to build and run the event-led demand engine for Lime for Business.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role reporting to the VP & GM of Lime for Business. You won’t inherit a mature playbook—you’ll help build it. You’ll turn events, speaking opportunities, launches, employer activations, and customer programs into qualified pipeline, market buzz, and customer momentum.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and operations. It’s ideal for someone who loves being in the field, enjoys travel, thrives on detail, and takes pride in making every event and activation run like clockwork. This is not a brand‑only role. It is a pipeline and growth role.

Travel: Semi-frequent travel is expected for prospect events, customer activations, launches, partner programs, and time with Lime teams in-market.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and own the field marketing strategy for Lime for Business across priority markets, with a clear focus on awareness, meetings, qualified leads, pipeline creation, and customer expansion.
  • Plan and execute high-impact in-person and hybrid programs, including trade shows, hosted events, roundtables, speaking opportunities, launches, customer showcases, and employer partner activations.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, priority verticals, and "right to win" moments where events and field programs can unlock new opportunities.
  • Build programs that resonate with the multi-stakeholder buying group, including:
    • Total Rewards / Benefits leaders
    • HR / People Ops
    • Workplace, commute, and transportation leaders
    • Facilities and corporate campus operators
    • Sustainability / ESG stakeholders
    • Procurement, Finance, and Legal
  • Develop messaging, event concepts, customer stories, and talking points by persona and use case, including commute programs, business travel, campus mobility, sustainability, and employee engagement.
  • Own the speaking and thought leadership pipeline: source opportunities, manage submissions, support speaker prep, and turn appearances into qualified leads and follow‑up conversations.
  • Build and scale employer‑facing activation programs, including workplace events, onboarding fairs, mobility weeks, sustainability programming, launch moments, and "first ride academy" experiences that help employees discover and adopt Lime.
  • Serve as the advance team for in‑market activations—owning logistics, vendors, run‑of‑show, shipping, staffing, executive briefing documents, contingency planning, and on‑site execution.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Partnerships, and Brand/Comms to ensure strong market presence, smooth execution, and a tight feedback loop into go‑to‑market decisions.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for launches, hosted events, employer activations, speaking engagements, customer events, and field kits.
  • Define success metrics and maintain operational rigor across event sourcing, lead capture, attribution, conversion, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Bring market intelligence back into the business—what prospects care about, what customers respond to, what competitors are saying, and where Lime should show up next.
About You
  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, demand generation, partnership marketing, or B2B go‑to‑market roles.
  • Experience marketing transportation, benefits/HR programs, sustainability, travel, or other solutions sold into complex organizations.
  • A track record of turning events and in‑person programs into measurable business outcomes—not just attendance or brand impressions.
  • Strong understanding of how benefits, transportation, workplace, facilities, HR, and sustainability leaders evaluate and buy services.
  • Familiarity with the issues that matter most to employer buyers, such as commute friction, employee experience, return‑to‑office needs, campus mobility, sustainability goals, rollout/adoption, and budget justification.
  • Strong cross‑functional instincts and the judgment to work effectively with senior leaders, sales partners, customers, and external event stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across formats: in person, email, decks, speaker prep, and executive‑facing materials.
  • Passion for micromobility, sustainability, and helping organizations solve real transportation problems.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
The growth arc
  • Year 1: Build the field marketing engine, establish a high‑quality event calendar, launch repeatable employer and customer activation programs, and create visibility into pipeline impact.
  • Year 2: Scale what works across regions, deepen partnership‑led event motions, strengthen customer advocacy programs, and help Lime for Business become a known and credible voice in employer transportation.
