Jobtailor, based in Nantes, is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to define and design complex information systems within an Agile framework. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable features and maintain a prioritized backlog.

You will write user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, ensuring readiness for development and high-quality releases.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the functional design of complex information systems and Agile environments.
Proficiency in UML (interface and API modeling).
Experience with BPMN and functional specification writing.
Ability to craft clear user stories and manage a product backlog.
Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Description du poste

Gather business requirements and help define the scope of functional enhancements.
Design functional solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Break requirements down into features and maintain the product backlog.
Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables handed over to development teams (\"ready for development\").
Create and maintain UML interface and API models.
Contribute to business process modeling using BPMN.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and demonstrations of completed work.
Support users and client applications in integrating enhancements.
Analyze and qualify issues identified during user acceptance testing and in production.
Analyze logs to identify the root causes of incidents.
Provide functional support to stakeholders.
Produce documentation associated with production releases, including release notes, API documentation, and user guides.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
