Jobtailor in Toulouse, France, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams toward higher maturity and performance. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with the Product Owner to optimize backlogs and stakeholder communication.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across the ART and squads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices, with the ability to support teams in increasing their maturity.
• Experience with backlog management, Jira/Confluence, and Agile metrics.
• Excellent communication, listening, and diplomacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Support teams in implementing and improving Agile practices
• Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Support the team in Sprint planning and tracking
• Identify impediments and implement the necessary actions to resolve them
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management and prioritization
• Track Agile metrics and contribute to improving team performance
• Support teams in adopting Agile best practices
• Ensure the Scrum framework operates effectively on a daily basis
• Identify and remove impediments encountered by the team
• Analyze issues and propose improvement actions
• Foster team autonomy, accountability, and maturity
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, including significant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong command of Scrum principles and practices, with the ability to support teams in increasing their maturity
• Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies
• Backlog management and tracking
• Jira / Confluence
• Agile KPI tracking: velocity, burndown, capacity, etc.
