Jobtailor is seeking a full-stack Java developer to work on back-end CRM enhancements as part of modernization efforts and new business initiatives. You will contribute to code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation while collaborating in Agile Scrum teams across international stakeholders.

The role emphasizes maintaining legacy systems, integrating new offerings, and exploring AI-driven optimizations to improve delivery and processes within a call-center web application context.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of successful experience as a full-stack developer with strong back-end expertise in Java and Spring Batch.
• Ability to work using the Agile Scrum methodology within multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in artificial intelligence.
• Very good command of English, enabling regular communication with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Implement the necessary back-end CRM enhancements as part of CRM modernization and business projects.
• Create new offerings and integrate new business areas.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, including automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), code reviews, and documentation.
• Ensure code quality and application performance within the feature team.
• Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for the legacy system.
• Ensure application maintenance for the web application used by call centers within the scope of the offerings.
• Explore opportunities offered by artificial intelligence to optimize, industrialize, and simplify processes, and improve delivery quality.
• Participate in information system integration, modernization, and redesign projects.
