HCLTech in Paris is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and delivery priorities, supporting Agile or hybrid delivery teams in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, facilitate workshops, manage the backlog, define acceptance criteria and produce functional documentation to guide development and testing.

Hybrid work in Paris is available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis, functional analysis or product ownership.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery and backlog management practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and process analysis.
• Good understanding of IT delivery lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work autonomously with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and documentation skills.
• Capacity to clarify priorities and support decision-making in complex environments.
• Availability for hybrid work in Paris.

Overview

The Business Analysis & Product Ownership profile provides functional expertise to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and delivery priorities. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination, backlog management, process analysis, acceptance criteria and support to Agile or hybrid delivery teams in enterprise environments.
