Jobtailor is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-impact internal business applications. You will define architectures, APIs, and data integrations, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly software, integrate ERP/CRM/HRIS ecosystems, and advance engineering practices with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Development.
• Significant experience in full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and integration challenges.
• Experience with APIs, data, and interconnected systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).

• Design, develop, and maintain high-impact internal business applications in operational condition
• Define technical architectures and foundations, including APIs, data, and integrations
• Ensure solutions are simple, robust, and scalable
• Work directly with business teams to transform complex requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions
• Build a bonus and variable compensation management application used by more than 300 Finance, Sales, and Management users
• Integrate complex business rules, simulation capabilities, and multiple connections to existing systems
• Help evolve development practices through modern approaches and AI-enhanced tools
• Contribute to the transformation of the IT department toward modern engineering practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering school or university) in Computer Science or Software Development
• Significant experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Solid understanding of application architecture and integration challenges
• Understanding of IT ecosystems: APIs, data, and interconnected systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
• Ability to work in agile, pragmatic, and business-impact-oriented environments
• Experience with automated testing and contributing to software quality strategies
• Interest in topics combining architecture, product, and AI technologies
• Ability to work as part of a team in dynamic environments and take ownership
• French required to understand the posting; no additional explicit language requirements
