Jobtailor is seeking an experienced UX Designer to drive user research, workshops, and collaborative design across web and mobile journeys.

You will translate insights into opportunities, create flows and prototypes, and work within an established UX vision in an agile setting. Banking/fintech familiarity is a plus, with strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Experience with interviews, usability testing, feedback analysis, benchmarking, and UX audits.
• Experience facilitating workshops, co-design sessions, and Design Sprints.
• Proficiency in user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Knowledge of Lookback and Optimal Workshop is a plus.
• Proven experience in an Agile product environment.
• Strong sensitivity to user needs and behaviors.
• Ability to work independently, combined with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work from an established UX vision and guidelines.
• Comfortable communicating with development teams and stakeholders.
• Thoroughness, organization, curiosity, and active listening skills.
• Experience in banking, fintech, enterprise, or B2B environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

Responsibilities
