Job summary

JD.COM, based in Paris, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee inbound operations for bulky and oversized goods in the Large Item DC. The role involves daily receiving, quality inspection, ASN reconciliation, exception handling, and putaway, with focus on KPI tracking and SOP standardization.

You will manage shifts, allocate manpower, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address receiving anomalies and drive inbound efficiency while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse team leader experience, familiar with large/bulky goods inbound operation.
• Proficient in warehouse standard operating procedures and KPI management.
• Strong on-site management, manpower scheduling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good cross-team communication skills, able to handle operational exceptions efficiently.
• Hardworking, responsible, able to adapt to warehouse shift work.
