JD.COM in Paris is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for inbound operations at our Large Item Distribution Center. You will oversee daily goods receiving, quality inspection, ASN reconciliation, exception handling, and stock putaway to ensure smooth start-to-finish inbound flow.

• 1+ years of warehouse team leader experience in large/bulky goods inbound operation.
• Familiar with SOPs and KPI management.

Oversee end-to-end inbound operations for bulky & oversized goods in Large Item DC, covering daily goods receiving, quality inspection, ASN reconciliation, exception handling and stock putaway. Manage team shifts and manpower allocation, track core inbound KPIs, and standardize warehouse SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve receiving anomalies, optimize inbound operational efficiency, and ensure stable and high-accuracy warehouse inbound throughput.
