Description du poste

You will be part of an international team located in France, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. Internally, you will collaborate with customer service, supply chain and warehouse from other countries. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 employees depending on low/high season with daily tasks. This includes an inbound department, outbound, express shipment corner and expedition department. You will also be involved in projects aimed at improving the planning of various activities.

What are you going to do as a Team Leader?

• Ensures regularity and achievement of objectives regarding the productivity of logistics agents;
• Organizes regular meetings with the logistics agents team;
• Participates in weekly WH group meetings;
• Is in regular contact with carriers & suppliers;
• Participates in annual team interviews with the WH Manager;
• Completes & analyzes KPIs;
• Participates in NRF group projects;
• Provides improvement proposals within the team, within the NRF group.

What do you bring?

• 2 years’ experience in Logistics;
• Bachelor Supply Chain/Logistics;
• Proven leadership skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience and understanding of similar work and administrative procedures (WMS);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment would be a plus.
