Job summary

Alma in Paris is seeking a Brand Designer to lead static storytelling across touchpoints for Europe. You will create compelling content that brings Alma's brand platform to life, collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing to deliver on bold timelines.

You will own end-to-end projects, maintain stakeholder communications, and ensure consistency while exploring AI-powered design tools to scale outputs. Fluency in English and French is expected, with a strong portfolio across B2B/B2C brands.

Qualifications

• Brand Design expertise: 4+ years as a Brand Designer with Figma and Adobe Suite and a strong portfolio.
• Brand Platform mastery: deep understanding of brand guidelines and platform evolution.
• AI-powered Brand Design: use AI tools to scale creative production while preserving brand consistency.
• Project ownership & operational excellence: manage creative projects with structured processes and deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration: works with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable content.
• Communication & content quality: strong writing and detail-oriented deliverables; French native with business English.
• Growth & business partner mindset: set ambitious goals and align design with business needs.

Responsibilities
