Job summary

Alma is seeking a Brand Designer to lead static visual storytelling across all touchpoints, crafting content that animates Alma's brand platform for merchants and consumers across Europe. You will own projects end-to-end, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder communication, reporting to the Creative Director.

The role focuses on developing brand systems, decks, social content and campaigns.

Qualifications

4+ years of Brand Designer experience, preferably in a fast-paced org.
Strong portfolio showing brand system implementation and visual storytelling.
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with clear stakeholder communication.
Fluent French and business-level English.

Responsibilities

Drive Alma's static visual storytelling across touchpoints.
Create design content to bring the brand platform to life for merchants and consumers across Europe.
Manage projects end-to-end with clear stakeholder communication and on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and IA tools for cross-team use.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to deliver compliant B2B/B2C content.
Produce sales decks, social posts, event materials, and brand campaigns.
