Job summary

Alma is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to drive our static visual storytelling across Europe. You will craft compelling design content that brings our brand platform to life, working with stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact at every touchpoint.

You will report to the Creative Director and partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations. You will shape decks, social content, event materials and brand campaigns while building scalable brand systems with

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Brand Designer in a large, fast-paced organization.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio showcasing diverse projects and brand system implementation.
• French native speaker with business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Alma's static visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Create design content that brings the brand platform to life across Europe.
• Manage projects end-to-end with clear stakeholder communication and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable content.
