Alma is seeking a Product-centric Brand Designer to own brand vision, ensure consistency, and scale creative output across teams in Paris. You’ll shape brand systems and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will refine brand guidelines, manage creative projects with strong processes, and leverage AI tools to maintain quality and efficiency across B2B and B2C content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Brand Designer in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems and integration
• Excellent written and spoken French with business English

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand design across cross-functional partners
• Apply and adapt brand guidelines to meet business needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations
