Job summary

Alma is seeking a Brand Designer to lead visual storytelling across Europe. You will craft design content that brings our brand platform to life, engaging merchants and consumers, and manage projects end-to-end with high operational excellence.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will build scalable brand systems, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, and contribute to a future-focused AI-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Brand Designer in a large, fast-paced organization.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of brand guidelines and applying them across touchpoints.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale creative production while maintaining brand quality.
• Excellent project ownership and stakeholder communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Alma's static visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end design projects with clear stakeholder communication.
• Build scalable brand systems for consistent brand expression.
• Create sales/marketing decks, social posts, event booths, and white papers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations.
