Job summary

Alma is seeking a Brand Designer to lead visual storytelling across Europe. You will craft design content that brings our brand platform to life, engaging merchants and consumers, and manage projects end-to-end with high operational excellence.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will build scalable brand systems, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, and contribute to a future-focused AI-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Brand Designer in a large, fast-paced organization.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of brand guidelines and applying them across touchpoints.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale creative production while maintaining brand quality.
• Excellent project ownership and stakeholder communication across functions.

This position is a CDI (permanent contract) based in Paris.

About the job

As Brand Designer within the Brand team, you will be the driving force behind Alma's static visual storytelling across all touchpoints. Your mission is to create compelling design content that brings our brand platform to life, engaging both merchants and consumers across Europe. With high operational excellence, you'll manage projects end-to-end, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and consistently deliver on time to meet ambitious deadlines. You will report to Antoine , Creative Director.

As a business partner, you'll craft everything from sales/marketing decks, social media posts to event booths and white papers and brand campaigns.

Through your expertise in design and IA tools management, layout, you'll build scalable systems that empower teams across Alma to communicate our value proposition with impact and consistency, establishing Alma as a visually distinctive leader in European fintech.

Production for design: Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Project Management: Notion, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

AI Tools Management: Dust, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, ElevenLab

About you

To succeed in this job

Brand Design expertise : 4+ years as a Brand Designer (ideally in a large, fast-paced organization), with advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a portfolio showcasing diverse projects and brand system implementation.

Brand Platform mastery : Deep understanding of brand guidelines, with the ability to apply, adapt and evolve the brand platform to meet strategic needs.

AI-powered Brand Design : Ability to use AI tools and agents to scale creative production while ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Project ownership & operational excellence : Proven experience managing creative projects with structured processes, high quality standards and respect for deadlines, from brief to delivery of complex cross-functional deliverables.

Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder influence : Works effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant B2B and B2C content, and synthesizes information to influence decisions.

Communication & content quality : Strong written and oral skills, with attention to detail on all textual content (titles, scripts, captions) and polished, error-free deliverables. French native speaker with business-level English.

Growth & business partner mindset : Sets ambitious goals, prototypes rapidly, monitors design trends, and uses client insights to align creative choices with business goals.
