Stoïk is seeking a brand/design lead to accelerate its rebrand rollout across marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency and scale. You will build templates and tools that empower marketers to produce on-brand assets efficiently, with AI integrated into the design workflow.

Based in Paris and collaborating with teams across 7 markets and 9 languages, you will shape the brand's future, balancing AI-generated outputs with a discerning design eye to maintain quality and coherence.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in brand, marketing or graphic design.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and grids.
• Experience using AI in design workflows and able to show how Claude, image and video generation, and automation fit in.
• Willingness to build templates, plugins or tools that others use.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the brand rollout across marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency.

• Collaborate with Lead Brand and Product Design across markets and languages.
• Create assets and templates using AI across markets and languages.
