Job summary

Stoïk is building its brand across Europe and you will help scale its visual identity. You’ll lead the rebrand rollout, create scalable templates and design systems, and enable marketers across markets to produce on-brand assets with AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams, ensuring consistency in 7 markets and 9 languages while maintaining a high standard of typography, layout and visual language.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in brand, marketing or graphic design.
• Solid graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, grids).
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows and ability to create reusable templates or tools.
• Systems mindset: prefer templates that scale to many assets.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the rebrand rollout across marketing touchpoints and assets.
• Build and maintain design templates, libraries and systems in Figma.
• Create scalable tools and workflows to enable marketers to produce on-brand assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams across markets and languages.
• Apply AI-generated outputs and elevate them with human design judgment.
