Job summary

Aerolab is looking for a hands-on Visual Product Designer to shape digital products, brands, and scalable design systems for startups and global brands. You’ll drive visual quality, craft exploration, and build compelling stories that resonate across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers, using AI and generative workflows to accelerate ideation and production, while maintaining pixel-perfect detail and a strong brand identity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in visual design for digital products or agencies.
• Advanced English level to interact with international clients and participate in presentations.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams on projects of different sizes and verticals.
• Background in graphic design, visual design, visual communication, or related fields (valued).

Responsibilities

• Define art direction and advance existing visual themes and guidelines.
• Prioritize pixel-perfect quality in all deliverables.
• Generate different style proposals, mood boards, sketches, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and websites.
• Leverage generative AI tools as part of the creative process, from early ideation to visual production.
• Oversee the visual execution of the project, providing new perspectives and practical improvement solutions.
• Collaborate in crafting briefs and providing feedback to illustrators, copywriters, and motion designers to ensure the vision is carried out effectively.
