Talanto seeks a Technical Support Consultant fluent in French and English to join a global, remote team. You’ll handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Product and Development to improve the platform.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service and KPI-driven performance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS or technical support, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (C1) for spoken and written communication.
• At least 2+ years in Customer/SaaS/Technical Support.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical support via emails and outbound calls.
• Troubleshoot and escalate requests by email, phone, chat, and video calls.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates on open issues and resolutions.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs to Product and Development teams.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements to enhance the platform.
• Maintain high service standards by meeting KPIs and documenting interactions in CRM.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, policies, and industry trends.
