Beyond Hosting is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote position. You will handle inquiries via chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. A local office near Nantes may be used occasionally.

Fluency in English is mandatory and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS is expected. Experience with live chat tools and SaaS/B2B support is a plus. France CDI; outside France freelance service contracts apply.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with SaaS/B2B support tools.
• Technical knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Team spirit and strong communication.
• Bonus: knowledge of another European language.
