Responsibilities
Operational responsibilities include all HR activities, actively contributing to the deployment and execution of our global HR policies and the Talent strategy for France.
Operational missions
- Work and collaborate proactively on a daily basis with the management line (Top management + managers) on HR priorities and activities.
- Actively collaborate with international COEs (payroll, C&B, Talent, HR experience)
- To manage and lead employee relations (Works Council), to negotiate company agreements
- Ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of internal policies
- Implementing social and contractual regulations (SYNTEC collective bargaining agreement) internally, maintaining relationships with the labor inspectorate and occupational physician
- To manage and lead employee relations (Works Council), to negotiate company agreements
- Advising operational management on all HR and employment law issues
- To act as the interface with external service providers
- Ensure the implementation of internal group indicators for performance, turnover, employee engagement, etc.
- Ensure the day-to-day implementation of HR policies (payroll, ADP, onboarding of new employees)
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects for the EMEA region
- Professional experience required
- Degree/Master's in HR and/or employment law
- 10-15 years of HR experience in France, ideally in an international context.
- Excellent command of French labor law.
- Excellent working level of English, both spoken and written.
- Position with a strong operational focus.
- Strong ability to work with French and international leaders.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and the SYNTEC collective bargaining agreement, and of company acquisitions/integrations.
- Good practices in social relations, management of the Works Council.
- Payroll Knowledge – HRIS.
- Experience in HR within a matrix context is a plus.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to unite, Team Player and to collaborate with HR and operational teams at a global level.
