Hermès is looking for a bilingual or trilingual customer advisor in Dutch and English, with French optional, for its European e-commerce entity and customer relations center, based in Paris.

You will join a multicultural team supporting European stores and handling end-to-end customer interactions across channels.

The role focuses on order follow-up, advising customers, and delivering exceptional service that reflects Hermès’ brand values.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• French is optional.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interact by phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp with e-commerce customers, advise them, develop sales.
• Receive, analyze, and follow up on European e-commerce orders until delivery.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain a pleasant e-commerce shopping environment.
• Promote Hermès stories and products and drive added value for customers.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent experiences and fostering loyalty.
