Jobtailor, based in Montpellier, is seeking a Customer Success professional to support your client portfolio in using Yooz and guide adoption.

You will reduce churn, turn clients into advocates, and manage follow-up through product demos to drive upsell opportunities. A Bac+5 in business or equivalent and 2 years in a similar role are preferred; strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, with autonomy and IT passion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business-related studies or equivalent.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, strong interpersonal skills, and good written communication.
• Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.

Responsabilités

• Support and guide your client portfolio in the use of Yooz solution.
• Reduce churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help turn clients into advocates within their own networks.
• Manage client follow-up through product demonstrations and drive additional upsell opportunities.
