• Support the Bid Manager in maintaining high-quality content.
• Ensure data accuracy and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of bid process.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure information is current, complete, and reliable.
• Produce monthly reports to management to support decision-making.
• Enhance content structure, clarity, and usability to strengthen bid submissions.
• Work with subject-matter experts to gather updates and ensure content reflects latest business information.
• Set up review cycles with different SMEs.
