Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Creative Technology Engineer to map and optimize production workflows across briefing, concepting, production, localization, and activation.

You'll identify bottlenecks, design future-state workflows with AI and human oversight, and implement AI platforms across DAMs, CMS, and marketing tech stacks. Collaboration with creative and technical stakeholders is essential to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology or related fields.
• Proven track record shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working across both creative and technical stakeholder groups.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable workflow solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions.
• Experience configuring and implementing creative AI tools and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of DAMs, CMS platforms, content APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Ability to create and deploy proofs of concept driving stakeholder alignment.
• Deep understanding of content supply chains and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with enterprise creative ecosystems (AEM, Workfront, Firefly, Figma).
• Effective communication with creative directors, producers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Bias toward execution and delivering measurable impact.

• Map end-to-end creative workflows from briefing to measurement.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Diagnose root causes of workflow friction and governance challenges.
• Design future-state workflows balancing AI automation and human oversight.
• Configure and implement creative AI platforms against production needs.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows into DAMs, CMS, and marketing stacks.
• Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, and automation layers for scale.
• Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solutions with measurable value.
• Iterate and deploy solutions within active client engagements.
• Establish governance for brand safety, rights, compliance, and auditability.
• Train teams to adopt new workflows and technologies.
• Define and track metrics: throughput, cycle time, cost-per-asset, quality.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to project scoping and solution design across content ops.
• Develop reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices.
• Evolve internal methodologies and delivery frameworks.
