Shiftmove is seeking a commercial, hands-on BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and shift from dashboards to AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor 3 BI Analysts, refine analytical logic, and partner with a Programme Manager to execute an analytics roadmap.

You will establish governance, drive trust with executives, and lead cross-functional partnerships to deliver actionable insights on ARR, pipeline, and retention.

• Led a BI function and elevated data usage across a business.
• Introduced AI-enabled workflows and self-serve analytics at scale.
• Defined KPIs and established a single source of truth for executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the BI layer and transform dashboard reporting into proactive analytics.
• Mentor a team of BI Analysts and partner with a Programme Manager.
• Build an AI analytics layer from scratch to accelerate insights and detect anomalies.
• Govern KPI definitions and ensure consistency across multi-market business.
