Shift Technology is seeking an Architect to set technical direction across three squads, bridging Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security to build scalable, observable Azure services. You will drive robust API design, agentic AI capabilities, and a secure, maintainable platform.

You will mentor teams, champion best practices, and shape the future of Shift’s agentic tools while balancing speed, flexibility and security across the product.

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET or Python background.
• Proficient with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design clean, documented RESTful APIs (OpenAPI).
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings and agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Deep understanding of the Azure Well‑Architected Framework pillars.

Responsabilités

• Set technical direction across three squads and align Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security.
• Lead API design and management including catalog and gateway.
• Ensure Azure-based services are scalable, reliable and observable for developers.
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce architecture standards across the org.
• Design and enable agentic AI capabilities and MCP integration.
