Shiftmove is building a modern BI function and seeking a commercially minded BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and drive AI-enabled analytics across the business. You will partner with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to turn data into trusted, proactive insights for executives and the board.

You will refine analytical logic, embed AI workflows, and mentor a team of BI Analysts while collaborating with a Programme Manager to execute the analytics roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience running a BI function and elevating data-driven decisions.
• Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows in BI at scale.
• Ability to define KPIs and establish a single source of truth across multi-market business.

Responsabilités

• Partner with GTM, RevOps, Finance and Operations to deliver actionable insights (ARR, pipeline, unit economics, retention).
• Rebuild BI operating model from reactive dashboards to proactive business partnership.
• Own KPI definitions and governance for executive-level trust and board reporting.
• Implement an AI analytics layer from scratch to accelerate insights and self-service.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts to become stronger business partners.
