Shiftmove is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and elevate from traditional dashboards to AI-enabled analytics across a fast-growing European business.

You will mentor 3 BI Analysts, partner with GTM, RevOps, Finance and Operations, and help build a modern AI-driven insight engine for multi-market decision making from Paris/Aix offices with a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Led a BI function and established governance.
• Implemented AI-enabled BI workflows at scale.
• Defined KPIs and a single source of truth.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps.
