Shift Technology is building AI-powered data platforms and scalable data models to support dashboards and analytics across insurers. You’ll join our data engineering team to deliver reliable data pipelines and robust data access layers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and data science teams, while contributing to Agile processes and maintaining production-grade data systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in data engineering or data-focused software engineering.
• Strong Python and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with OO design and C# is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork in a distributed environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain scalable data models and data access frameworks for centralized databases and downstream apps.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data using .NET, Spark and analytical tools.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to drive delivery.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to align technical designs with business needs.
