Job summary

MG Motor Europe in Courbevoie, France is seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to own sales reporting and to build dashboards in Power BI and MG Cockpit for management, sales teams and the dealer network.

You will deliver daily, monthly and quarterly reports, design KPI reporting for incentives, and automate recurring Excel processes while guiding a junior BI apprentice. French and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, data analytics or engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in BI or reporting, ideally in sales performance or automotive sectors.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach a junior profile.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

The BI & Reporting Analyst owns all Sales reporting and turns data into decisions for management, sales teams and the dealer network. The role builds dashboards that support new business projects and supervises the reporting apprentice.

Your main responsibility will focus on the following missions:

Dashboards & recurring reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and MG Cockpit
• Produce daily, monthly and quarterly reports for management reviews and internal meetings
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the sales team and the dealer network
• Deliver KPI reporting for incentive programs and budget follow-up

Reporting for new projects

• Design the reporting that comes with each CRM evolution, with the Salesforce Project Manager
• Build new dashboards as business needs evolve
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and reporting systems
• Define KPIs and calculation rules, and document them

Automation & analysis

• Eliminate manual Excel processes by automating recurring reports
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions
• Write tutorials and user guides for BI tools
• Provide support to internal users on reporting tools
• Supervise the future BI apprentice/intern

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE

• Master's degree in business, data analytics or engineering
• 2 to 3 years of experience in BI or reporting, ideally in sales performance or the automotive industry
• Analytical mindset, proactive, autonomous, rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to present data clearly to non-specialists and to coach a junior profile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various parties, team spirit
• Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written

Technical skills

• BI tools: advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
• Data: strong KPI and data analysis skills; SQL is a plus
• Excel: advanced level, including process automation
• CRM: working knowledge of Salesforce data and reports
