Job summary

MG Motor Europe in Courbevoie, France is seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to own sales reporting and to build dashboards in Power BI and MG Cockpit for management, sales teams and the dealer network.

You will deliver daily, monthly and quarterly reports, design KPI reporting for incentives, and automate recurring Excel processes while guiding a junior BI apprentice. French and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, data analytics or engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in BI or reporting, ideally in sales performance or automotive sectors.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach a junior profile.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and MG Cockpit.
• Produce daily, monthly and quarterly reports for management reviews.
• Deliver KPI reporting for incentive programs and budget follow-up.
• Design CRM reporting with Salesforce evolution and new dashboards.
• Automate recurring Excel reports and provide user guides.
• Support internal users on reporting tools and supervise BI apprentice.
