A leading automotive company in Courbevoie is seeking an intern to support the Sales Operation team in data management and reporting automation. Responsibilities include coordinating BI initiatives and preparing performance reports. Candidates should be studying at a business school, have a strong command of Excel, Power BI, and fluency in French and English. This full-time internship lasts six months and requires a convention.

Description du poste

You will support the Sales Operation team in data management, reporting automation, and BI development to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Maintenance & Helpdesk:

• Provide first level support for Field dashboards and sales reporting tools.
• Help develop tutorials and user guides for BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and coordinate fixes when needed.

BI Project Coordination:

Support and coordinate ongoing BI initiatives across the Sales department, including:

• B2B: Support reporting and analytics for the fleet and corporate sales activity.
• Used Car: Maintain dashboards and ensure reliable tracking of used car performance.
• Logistics: Contribute to automating the logistic follow up process and improving data flows.
• Daily HQ Report: Produce and update the daily report for HQ, ensuring consistency with Salesforce.

Business Analysis:

• Prepare monthly performance reports for Sales team and dealer network.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.

Undertake other tasks according to your profile and our needs.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Studying at a business school or university with a specialisation in Business, Data Analytics, etc.
• Interests in automated reporting, CRM systems, and sales performance analysis.
• Strong command of Excel & Power BI or similar BI tools, Salesforce is a plus.
• Good understanding of data analysis & KPIs.
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new tools, to analyse and summarise.
• Proactive, organised, and rigorous.
• Fluency in French and English (both oral & written).
