Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the B2C leasing team in Paris, driving conversions, managing a high-season team of up to eight, and ensuring accuracy across the leasing funnel. You will own performance, coach staff, and maintain a data-driven approach to occupancy and revenue.

Fluency in French and English, plus experience with CRM tools (Yardi or Salesforce) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (Yardi/Salesforce or similar).
• Hands-on leadership of a sales/leasing team and funnel management.
• Strong communication and customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the B2C leasing team (up to 8 in high season).
• Set daily/weekly targets; coach and develop team; manage shifts.
• Maximise conversion, track KPIs, and ensure occupancy/revenue targets.
• Own the leasing funnel data accuracy, follow-ups, and documentation.
