Job summary

Greystar is hiring an on-site Property Operations Manager in Île-de-France to lead leasing, daily property activities, and budget performance. You will build a vibrant community, drive resident satisfaction, and coordinate with marketing, sales, and regional teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing tenancy management, safety, maintenance planning, and strong collaboration with corporate partners to enhance local market presence and resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by demonstrating Greystar’s core values.
• Creates positive memorable experiences by exceeding expectations for residents.
• Coordinates daily activities and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Supports onsite B2C sales, conducts site tours, and contracts prospects.
• Oversees tenancy management, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Shapes local marketing/leasing strategies with Marketing & Sales teams.
• Ensures campaigns, advertising, events, and branding are executed effectively.
• Builds relationships with corporate accounts, universities, and agents to drive leasing.
• Engages residents through events and proactive service delivery improvements.
• Manages rent/fees collections and timely postings.
• Assists in annual budgeting and reviews operational reports.
• Prepares monthly variance reports and communicates performance to stakeholders.
• Handles PO requests and vendor invoices, coordinating with the finance team.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by timely response to issues.
• Supports health & safety to maintain a low-risk environment.
• Ensures compliance with housing laws and company policies.
• Plans maintenance/refurbishments with cross-functional teams within budgets.
• Conducts property walkabouts to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Organizes lease-up operations and recruitment/training of lease-up staff.
• Acts as the first contact for onsite commercial residents and explores collaboration.
