Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for France to lead a centralised leasing operation and oversee a cross-functional B2B strategy with universities, relocation agencies and corporate clients.

You will manage up to 8 sales professionals, drive occupancy and revenue, and partner with marketing to shape local leasing programs. Fluent French and English are essential for success in a fast-paced, high-impact role in Paris.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with budgets and data.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team of up to 8 people, including B2C leasing and B2B partnerships.
• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy with universities, relocation agencies and corporate clients.
• Oversee B2C leasing performance, ensure pipeline readiness, pricing, and data accuracy.
• Monitor website traffic, inquiries, and conversions; maximise funnel efficiency across channels.
• Own the central leasing infrastructure and CRM tools to support scalable operations.
• Analyze commercial and operational reports to identify gaps and drive performance.
