Greystar is seeking a Sales Manager France to own the commercial engine for student and young professional living. You will lead a centralised leasing team that fills residences and drive a robust B2B strategy with universities, relocation agencies, and corporate clients.

You will report to the Senior Director France and help shape priorities within Greystar’s Property Management business in France. Expect a high-visibility role with ownership of occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Track record of leasing performance in real estate or hospitality sectors in France.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to acquire customers through digital demand channels (e.g., OTAs, ILS platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with budget management experience.
• Highly organized and autonomous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a high-performing sales team for B2C leasing and B2B partnerships.
• Own occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Develop and execute the B2B commercial strategy with universities, relocation agencies, and corporates.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage CRM usage and pipeline across central leasing and field teams.
