Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for France to own the full commercial engine for student and young professional living. You will lead a centralised B2C leasing team and drive a B2B strategy with universities, relocation agencies and corporate clients, reporting to the Senior Director France.

You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage leasing performance, optimize occupancy and revenue, and partner with marketing to shape local leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leasing performance in real estate, hospitality, student housing/PBS, Coliving or similar.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership and team-building experience in a high-volume leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team (up to 8 people during peak season) for B2C leasing and B2B partnerships.
• Forecast, resource, and manage headcount and budgets to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Own the B2C leasing funnel from lead gen to signed lease and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy across student and young professional living.
• Build relationships with demand channels (ILS, OTAs, agents) and key accounts (corporates, universities).
• Collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies and drive conversion.
• Ensure CRM and pipeline management are used effectively across both B2C and B2B motions.
• Drive resident and client experience with timely reporting and stakeholder communication.
