Job summary

Greystar is seeking a hands-on Sales Executive to lead the B2C leasing team, owning day-to-day management from inquiries to signed leases. You will set priorities, drive productivity, and ensure high-quality interactions across calls, chats, and in-person tours.

Based in Paris, you will supervise up to eight staff during peak season, coach team members, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM data, tenancy documents, and forecasting. Fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising a sales, leasing or customer-service team.
• Track record of driving productivity and hitting occupancy or sales targets.
• Hands-on experience managing a leasing funnel end to end with data accuracy.
• Confident with CRM tools and working from KPIs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the B2C leasing team of up to 8 people during high season.
• Set daily/weekly targets and ensure team focus and accountability.
• Coach individuals on floor through feedback and shadowing to raise capability.
• Maintain accurate lead data, pricing, tenancy docs, and CRM records.
• Drive conversion and occupancy through the leasing funnel and close opportunities.
