Aviapartner Group in Nice seeks a dynamic candidate to manage passenger and crew reception and transfer for private flights. You will support journeys, verify documents, handle communications, and assist with aircraft handling while upholding safety standards.

Flexible, weekend and holiday availability is required; shifts run from early morning to late evening, with overtime possible in summer. This contract runs 4–8 months on a 30→35 hour basis.

Qualifications

• Mandatory bilingual English.
• Mandatory driving license.
• Clean criminal record (airport).
• Good presentation, motivated, willing, dynamic, punctual, available and flexible (weekends/public holidays, shift work).
• Airport operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Working hours from 5am to 11pm.
• Overtime possible in the summer.

Responsabilités

• Receive and transfer passengers and crews for private flights in dedicated areas and escort them to lounges or aircraft.
• Provide support and assistance to passengers and crews to facilitate their journey.
• Verify necessary and mandatory documents.
• Handle special or specific situations during operations.
• Manage flights, handle phone calls, and process emails in flight preparation.
• Communicate with company employees, stakeholders, partners, passengers, and crews for smooth operations.
• Assist grounded aircraft and perform small handling tasks; manage cabin baggage.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and security measures (report security-related events).
