Responsabilités

• Plan unloading and loading.
• Establish forecast load state and mass/balance estimate.
• Coordinate aircraft handling phases and supervise operations.
• Check loading compliance with plans and procedures.
• Communicate with cabin crew and update flight information.
• Ensure safety and security measures and report anomalies.
