The ideal candidate has several years in fashion/luxury retail leadership, fluent in French and English, with Italian as a plus, and a strong digital mindset to leverage new retail technologies.

Assistant Store Manager - Weekend Max Mara - Paris Passy

Weekend Max Mara is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its boutique in Paris Passy.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, strongly goal-oriented professional with several years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a managerial role within fashion and/or luxury companies, preferably in a structured retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance Management: Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales and achieve assigned qualitative and quantitative targets (sales turnover, KPIs), while ensuring operational excellence.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guiding, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of the sales team. Allocating personnel correctly on the floor based on store traffic and commercial objectives.
• Customer Experience & Loyalty: Promoting personalized, high-quality customer service aimed at client retention and embodying the brand's values.
• Operations & Visual Merchandising: Coordinating daily store activities in alignment with headquarters' directives and optimizing product presentation to meet sales goals.
• Supervision & Continuity: Supervising the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring key role coverage by training and developing backups.
• Digital & Innovation: Promoting, adopting, and enhancing the use of digital technologies for process management and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Adopting behaviors and promoting operational and cultural actions linked to Sustainable Development, considering the interconnection of practices aimed at environmental care, business process improvement, and community development.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in fashion/luxury retail in a position of responsibility.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
• Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Strong management and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Digital Mindset: Strong interest in digital tools and new technologies applied to retail.
