Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Paris Passy boutique. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage performance, and ensure exceptional client service in a luxury fashion environment.

The ideal candidate has several years in fashion/luxury retail leadership, fluent in French and English, with Italian as a plus, and a strong digital mindset to leverage new retail technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/luxury retail in a leadership role.
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Digital tools and retail technology interest.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Performance Management: collaborating with the Store Manager to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Team Leadership & Development: guiding and developing the sales team.
• Customer Experience & Loyalty: promoting high-quality service for client retention.
• Operations & Visual Merchandising: coordinating daily store activities and product presentation.
• Supervision & Continuity: covering the store in the manager's absence and training backups.
• Digital & Innovation: promoting the use of digital technologies in retail processes.
• Sustainability Initiatives: adopting eco-friendly and community-focused practices.
