About:

• Luxury fashion house
• Attention to details, quality design and real craftsmanship

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 10 people within a busy department store, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
• Work closely with the corporate departments to boost store performances (Retail, Visual Merchandising and Buying)
• Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
• Demonstrated experience in woman RTW as well as managing a high level of client experience
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
• Fluent in French and English languages
• Salary up to €65K, depending on experience
