MAX&MOI in Saint-Bon-Tarentaise (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) seeks a boutique sales ambassador for a seasonal period from 12 December 2026 to 11 April 2027. You will represent a modern luxury brand, advise clients, and build lasting relationships with local and international shoppers, delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.

You are fluent in English and French, comfortable with new technologies, and motivated by sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful luxury retail experience (Courchevel/area preferred)
• Familiar with luxury codes and standards
• Bilingual in English and French
• Based in the area with local accommodation preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills

Responsabilités

Job Description

• You will work in a high-end retail environment and act as an ambassador for the MAX&MOI Maison.
• You will advise and build lasting relationships with our local and international clientele.
• You will be responsible for opening and closing the boutique, and will be trained in the Maison's procedures, which you will be expected to follow meticulously.
• You are comfortable using new technologies and digital tools.
• You are sales-driven, reliable and customer-oriented, with strong commercial skills and a keen sense of customer service.
• You enjoy taking on challenges and working as part of a team.

PROFILE

• You have an excellent personal presentation, are dynamic, curious and proactive, with the ability to make suggestions and take initiative.
• You have a higher education qualification, combined with at least two years of successful experience in Courchevel and in retail, and you are familiar with the codes and standards of the luxury industry.
• You are bilingual and have a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
• Ideally, you are already based in the area and have accommodation locally.
• Contract period: 12 December 2026 to 11 April 2027.

This position requires rigour, autonomy, curiosity about fabrics and materials, responsiveness and strong product sensitivity.
