Weekend Max Mara in Paris Passy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the boutique and drive results. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in fashion/luxury retail in a managerial role and is fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise sales, supervise staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting digital tools and sustainability initiatives.

• Experience in fashion/luxury retail in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in French and English; Italian a plus.

• Drive sales and KPIs in collaboration with the Store Manager.
